Fish downgraded to 15" as it does not appear to meet the 1/4" hash mark, which would be between the "1" and the "5" on the board. In addition, a 1.5" deduction from length is taken due to the mouth being open, resulting in a length of 13.5". If you have any additional pictures of the fish with the mouth completely closed, please submit to AOTY committee. -bmb
