Downgrade to 18". Fish in pictures did not appear to meet the 19.75" hash mark, so was downgraded to 19.5". Second downgrade was because fish had mouth open. Per the Posing Rule, those fish are subject to a 1.5" deduction. If you have additional pictures of the fish with the mouth completely closed, please contact AOTY committee or modify submission with new picture. -bmb
